CHARACTERISTICS

HVAC External Alkali is a strong, alkaline cleaner for finned condenser coil of outdoor air conditioning units and ventilation systems. In addition, product exhibits whitening and brightening effects. Application of proper alkaline compounds and surfactants guarantees that the product is highly effective and safe, in particular for parts sensitive to acids.
An advantage of HVAC External Alkali is a prolonged contact with the cleaning surface. This is possible by using a suitable combination of wetting agents which increase the adhesion strength of the product on the cleaned surface. However in the case of a product’s contact with fatty or oil contaminants, a large quantity of foam may arise It is advised to use warm water when rinsing this type of contamination.. Rinsing process of residual dirt and liquid/foam can be done in two ways: low- and high-pressure washers. HVAC External Alkali is safe for the cleaned exchanger if used in accordance with instructions. Suitable chemical composition of the product guarantees that it is appropriate for removing gastronomic fats and grease from machines or other equipment exposed to oil spills. HVAC External Alkali is ideal for removing grease from the dining exhaust ventilation and kitchen hoods. Taking care of the cleanliness of the surface of cooling devices is highly important from an environmental perspective.
The high purity of the heat exchanger guarantees long maintain and operational parameters of cleaned surfaces, increases the operational reliability and reduces energy consumption of HVAC systems.
HVAC External Alkali must always be used in accordance with the manual. Do not use the product for cleaning comfort air-conditioning, evaporators and heat exchangers. HVAC External Alkali is a product for professional use only.
Sposób użycia:
- 1. Switch off refrigeration system and fans before cleaning.
- 2. Depending on the amount of dirt: dilute HVAC External Alkali with 3 parts of water (ratio 1:3) in case of heavy soiled unit or with 5 parts of water (ratio 1:5) in the case of light soiled unit.
- 3. Spray the diluted HVAC External Alkali with low pressure on cleaning surfaces, leave for 5-7 minutes for full cleaning action.
- 4. Rinse cleaned surfaces with water until foam is removed.

- Do not use the product upwind,
- The use of water jets or high-pressure washers is forbidden,
- Do not use HVAC External Strong for cleaning comfort air-conditioning units, evaporators and heat exchangers
